Mark Whalley is the Operations Manager Aircraft at Performance Aviation, where he oversees aircraft operations and fleet coordination to ensure assets are positioned safely, efficiently, and on schedule across the network.
With more than 11 years at Performance Aviation and over 4,500 flight hours on the Cessna Caravan (C208), Mark brings extensive operational experience across freight, charter, and specialised aviation operations. Since commencing Caravan operations in 2012, he has conducted flights ranging from short regional sectors through to extended month-long touring operations across Australia.
Passionate about both aviation and skydiving, Mark is recognised for his practical operational knowledge, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality aviation services.

Lucas Brewer is an experienced commercial pilot with more than 12 years in the aviation industry and over 2,900 flight hours, including 2,600 turbine hours and more than 2,300 hours on the Cessna Caravan (C208).
Originally from New Zealand’s South Island, Lucas relocated to Australia in 2022 and is now based in Wollongong. Having spent the past decade with Experience Co, he has built extensive operational experience across parachute and turbine aircraft operations, with a strong focus on safety, consistency, and high-tempo flying environments.
Outside aviation, Lucas enjoys camping, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors.

Neil Tucker has been flying since 1985 and instructing since 1995 across both Australia and the United States. With more than 11,000 flight hours — including over 10,000 hours as Pilot in Command — Neil brings extensive experience across turbine, multi-engine, and instrument operations.
A dual Australian and U.S. ATPL holder, Neil is a Grade 1 Flight Instructor with broad instructional privileges, including turbine endorsement training on the Cessna Caravan across both PT6 and TPE331 platforms. Throughout his career, he has played a significant role in developing pilot capability and maintaining compliance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) standards.
From 2008 to 2016, Neil flew for the Royal Flying Doctor Service, operating in remote and time-critical aeromedical environments across Australia.

Jack Gallen has been flying professionally for the past three years and relocated to North Queensland in late 2024 to continue building his aviation career within the skydiving industry.
Currently serving as the Northern Region Senior Pilot for the Experience Co skydiving operations, Jack plays a key role in supporting safe and efficient flight operations across the region. Passionate about aviation and operational excellence, he continues to develop his experience in high-tempo turbine aircraft environments.
Outside of aviation, Jack is an avid golfer — reportedly playing off scratch — and is equally committed to managing his fantasy NRL team each season.
